Matwork Pilates

This lesson will be 55 minutes on Zoom, you will receive the code via email right after having booked the class. All you need is a mat.

This class will be a total body workout and is suitable for everyone who likes to move. Breathing; centering; control; precision; concentration; and flow will be the key to this session. 

We will start with different breathing exercises before moving into the original Pilates Matwork series. From the beginning, every movement will be executed with control, connected with special breathing, and through engaging the deepest abdominal/back muscles and pelvic floor, known in Pilates as “The Powerhouse”.  Your entire body will be activated in the deepest way possible and then released with a gentle stretch series at the end of the class.

Matwork Pilates with Theraband

This lesson will be 55 minutes on Zoom, you will receive the code via email right after having booked the class. 

All you need is a mat and a theraband, I recommend not the strongest one.

This will be an intense class suitable for everyone who likes having an extra strength challenge. 

We will perform the Classical Pilates routine with different variations, while using the theraband for every exercise.

We will end the class with a nice and gentle stretch.

Barre Fitness 

 

This lesson will be 55 minutes on Zoom, you will receive the code via email right after having booked the class. 

All you need is a mat and a chair. 

This is a workout class combining ballet with Pilates/Yoga elements and strength training.

It is a full body workout that strengthens the core and tones legs and glutes. You don't need to be a ballet dancer to take part in a Barre fitness class.
